1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon successful payment. Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and present a valid photo ID at check-in.
2. Payment
Payment methods are shown at the time of booking. Rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate type and are displayed at the time of booking. Where a stay is non-refundable, this will be clearly indicated before payment.
4. House conduct
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
5. Liability
Demo Property is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room security provisions provided.
